Please note that our Business Model is that of Direct Selling. All transactions are managed directly through our ambassador network.

1 Ambassador Order Process

  • To place an order, please screenshot the item(s) you would like to order and send on WhatsApp to our support line.
  • Once you confirm your order, you will receive an invoice and account details for payment.
  • You will receive your orders in 4 to 10 days after you have made payment.
  • Order won't be processed if there's no payment within 48 hours after invoice issuance.
  • We use Courier Guy and Paxi to deliver your orders all over South Africa, and you are responsible to pay your delivery fee (calculated based on location).

2 AMBASSADORS RETURN PROCESS

⏱️ 30 Days from order date — Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Step 1: Log in complaint with customer services number (063 482 4975) — call or WhatsApp.
  • Step 2: Picture of damaged item to be sent clearly showing the defect.
  • Step 3: Proof of order & invoice to be submitted (screenshot or PDF).
  • Step 4: The Courier Guy collection will be booked with logistics department — we arrange the return pickup.
  • Step 5: On receipt of parcel, if all is in order, authorisation for credit or replacement will be issued by management.

✅ Once approved, you will receive a store credit or a replacement product based on availability.

*Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by Meza Fashion. For non-defective returns (change of mind), customer may bear the courier fee.

3 General Delivery Information

  • Shipping Zones: We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email.
  • Undelivered parcels: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Free Shipping Promotion: Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery (valid on selected weeks).

4 Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached (except for manufacturing defects).
  • For damaged/wrong items: photos and invoice required as per return process above.
  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 business days after return approval and will be issued via EFT credit.
  • Final sale items, personalized products, and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for the replacement to be dispatched after return is authorised.
